We love cookies around here.  Too much, sometimes!  Tonight after dinner I made Cocoa Fudge Cookies, a recipe I’ve had since my wedding.   Warm, right out of the oven.  Cole makes such a priceless face when he’s genuinely excited! We let him eat three.  And earlier this week I tried a new recipe from a friend.  A wheat free, dairy free, egg free, and almost sugar free cookie recipe.  The batter base is bananas!  I was skeptical, you can be sure.   I’m the butter, sugar, egg, flour type.  But, I’m happy to say, the cookies were gone before they had the chance to cool!   Even Chris, my live-in food critic, went back for more.  Now that’s saying something!   C is for cookie!
