Well, technically, tomorrow is the last day, but we’re operating under school’s out mode around here! Cole brought home his last beautiful art from school last week. Oh, how I love his creativity! I’ll have to get out the art supplies regularly this summer so he can get his hands dirty. And just today we visited Cole’s class for some outdoor games and popsicles. Max and Zeke jumped right in and hung with the big kids! So one more day and Cole will be a second grader. What?! I cannot adequately express how amazing this year has been for him in Ms. Scott’s class. We are beyond grateful for all of her hard work! I am looking forward to summer, though. Relaxed mornings, lots of pool time, popsicles, bike rides, and no more packing lunches. Just the other day we started a list of summer to-do’s, including making cake pops, hunting for geodes, and making frozen water balloons. Bring it, summer!
